This guide provides a quick and easy step-by-step process for how to search an order from the dashboard.
1. Navigate to Search Orders page #
After you logged into the Dashboard first, navigate to the “Orders” page by clicking on the “Orders” tab and then click on the “Search Orders” tab.
2. Search for the Order #
Filter the orders by
Location: Select the location of your restaurant
Status: there are several status option available as mentioned below π
- Allβ status of the order will be All
- Received β order is in the system, but not send to the kitchen yet. If the order is a scheduled order for future, it will stay in the POS until its prep time. The pos will then automatically send it to the kitchen
- Preparing β order is sent to the kitchen.
- Complete β order is done preparing.
- Ready for Pick-Up β order is done preparing now ready to pick-up by an aggregator or customer
- on the way β after the order is picked-up by an delivery executive.
- transfered β order is delivered to the customer.
- Cancelled β order is cancelled by the customer due to some reason.
- Pending β order is pending means not delivered or prepared yet.
Additionally select the order by the below options π
- Order Dateβ search an order by Date
- Order# β search an order by order number
- Order Type β search an order by dine-in, pick-up, delivery.
- Order Source β search an order by Online,Aggregator,POS, POS-active.
- Customer email β search an order by your customer’s email-id.
- Customer phone β search an order by customer’s mobile number.
- Customer name β search an order by customer’s registered name.
- Coupon Code β search an order by coupon code.
After you have selected all of the filter option, click on the βSearch Button’. It will take you to the order.
