This guide provides a step-by-step process for making a pick-up order. It explains how to navigate the order selection menu, modify selected items, and view orders. By following these steps, users can easily place a pick-up order and save time when picking up their desired items. #
Click on the “PICK-UP” button #
In the left-side of the screen click on the “Pick-Up” button to select the order type
Click on the Continue Button and Add customer information #
After selecting an order type, click on the “Continue” button. Optionally you can enter the customer phone number and click on their name. To make the customers name appear on the order. If the customer is not in the system you can enter the name and click on the “ADD GUEST” button.
Add menu items #
Click on a menu. Then click on a category to add food items to the order.
Select a food item #
Select Modifier #
Select a modifier under the Modifiers section.
Add food items #
Click on the “DONE” button to confirm food item to be added into the order.
Save the order #
After adding all of the food items to your order click on the “SAVE” button to save the order and print the kitchen receipt in the kitchen or click on the “PAY” button to pay for the order.
View Order #
Click on the “ORDERS” button which is on the top-right side to view the orders.
