How to change order status

This guide provides a quick and easy step-by-step process for how to manage orders from the dashboard.

1. Navigate to the search orders page #

      After you have logged into the dashboard. First, navigate to orders by clicking the “Orders” tab on the left. Next, click on the “Search Orders” tab.  

2. Search the Order #

     For a full tutorial on how to search for an order, follow this link on How to search for an order. After the tutorial come back to continue following the rest of the steps.

 

3. Select the order #

      Once, the results of your search appear, click on the view button next to the order.

 

4. Order manager page #

.     It will take you directly to the page where you can manage all the things regarding your order  

5. Change the order status #

     Note:you can change your order status to ready for pickup and
mark order as complete.

Click on either the < or > button. When you click on the > button. The order status will change to Ready to Pick-Up. If you click on the < button the order status will change to preparing.  

If you click on the > button when the order status is Ready to Pick-Up, a popup will appear. In the popup click on the “MARK COMPLETE” 

Click on the “OK” to close the popup
