How to cancel an order

This guide provides a quick and easy step-by-step process for how to cancel an order from the dashboard.

1. Navigate to the search orders page #

      After you have logged into the dashboard. First, navigate to orders by clicking the “Orders” tab on the left. Next, click on the “Search Orders” tab.  

2. Select the Order #

      For a full tutorial on how to search for an order follow the How to search for an order link. Then come back to this tutorial and follow the rest of the steps.

3. Select the order #

      Once, the results of your search appear, click on the view button next to the order.

 

4. Cancel the order #

    After you have clicked on the “View” button next to the order that you would like to cancel. Click on the “Cancel Order” button  

 

4. Select cancel reason #

     Click on the “Reason” dropdown and select the cancel reason. Then click on the “SUBMIT” button. This will cancel the order as you can see below.👇When the cancelled popup appears, click on the “OK” button to close it.
