How to update order status

This guide provides a step-by-step process on how to change the order status. By following these instructions, you can easily update the status of an order to indicate that it is ready for pick-up or complete. This guide is essential for anyone who needs to manage and track the progress of orders effectively.

1. Select the Order #

Click on “ORDERS” from top right corner. Use the tabs or search option to find the order. Then select the order you want to update.

2. Click on the “ACCEPT ORDER”  #

      Click on the accept order button to change the order status to preparing. The accept order button only appears when you click on the save button after you have added all of the items to the cart. If you click on the pay button and pay for the order. When you go back to the order in the paid tab on the orders page. The status of the order will be preparing.

3. Change the order status to Ready to Pick-Up #

      Click on the “MARK READY” button. By clicking this button the order status will change to Ready for Pick-Up.

 

4. Change the order status to Complete #

      Click on the MARK COMPLETE button. Then a popup will appear. In the popup click on the mark complete button. Orders can only be marked complete only if the order was paid.

 

6. Next Steps #

     After you the mark order as complete you can go to the end-of-day page to capture the order.
